You could hear how proud Akis was when he was talking about 50ml of greek olive oil and 80ml of normal olive oil :D
@TheIdem997 жыл бұрын
Bondex I think It's 15ml and 8ml, more than that would be way too much oil

Regardless of much it was, it was still funny :D

70-80g olive oil for 250g of chickpeas. So no, it's not 15 and 8. :) (I saw on his website)

To be honest I was very skeptical about this “falafel” recipe, because as I know falafel are usually made with uncooked cheakpeas. Today I managed to cook this beautiful falafel and it was amazing. Lightly crispy outside and fluffy and gentle inside, like butter! ευχαριστώ Akis!!!

Recipe is beautiful. We need a video on how you manage to keep such a nice herb garden in your kitchen. Looks amazing, I have to keep all of my herbs outside, because for some reason they end up dying on me indoors. Would love to have a herb garden like that in our kitchen studio.

there are 2 ways u can do that, u can install an uv light or put them by the window... i dont think he keeps his herbs there, he only puts there for the video
@justaddmusclecom7 жыл бұрын
Fábio Fraga Benetti I need to look into a UV light set up, because we have no windows in our studio kitchen. :/ I have ever herb and seasonal vegetable known to man at home, but it would be so much more practical to have the herbs in the studio at an arms reach.
@akispetretzikisen7 жыл бұрын
well, i do not keep my herbs insde the kitchen... Fortunate;ly the studio is right next to a park with no road in front so it is easy to keep them out in the sun...
@justaddmusclecom7 жыл бұрын
Windows are out of the question in our studio, but maybe I can try a container that I can take them out the back door and put them in the sun for a couple of hours a few times per week. Will have to experiment around. Thank you for the suggestions and advice.
