Among many other things, I love his facial expressions...like the Elvis lip & move early on (around 0:27 I think). He had such talent, charm, & obviously, a sense of humor. Really sad his personal life was so terribly unhappy. Seems to go with stardom most of the time, tho happily David Bowie really turned that around his later years; mastered the drugs/alcohol, had a loving wife (Imam) & family,* still more successes in the fields in addition to music. Wish Falco'd had the chance...& that Bowie had had longer to enjoy it. *granted, no one on the outside can truly know...but Bowie & Imam sure made it look & sound happy if it wasn't. Unlike the unmitigated disaster that was Falco's marriage.

@@wididididididi8693 I almost wish I never learned about his personal life. I read a translation of "Out of the Dark (Into the light)" last night & wanted to weep. Not only is the whole song about pain from relationship(s) (with his wife maybe? She sure was a vile piece of work), but the last few words are so horribly prophetic ("Do I have to die In order to live?"). It nearly seems that a disastrous personal life goes with being a star --part of that is understandable, given the stresses, schedules, temptations...but....jeez. Another great musician I've adored since the 70s is Phil Collins*, & his personal life has always been an utter train wreck (his autobiography sure spells it out!). Anyway. Thanks for replying, & I hope I haven't depressed you. We need to focus on & revel in Falco's amazing music & charm & talent & looks, right? Best to you & yours. *yeah, I've got deeply varied & very bizarre musical tastes!

Ok, so before anyone gets all sappy about Stevie and Lindsey, Stevie actually wrote this about her affair with Mick Fleetwood. She was in love with him and he was still married. The video makes you think it’s about Lindsey but it’s not. Regardless of all that, Stevie deserves credit for creating such a beautiful love song. It’s one of my favorites.
