Better start with Ys origin then Felghana < you will need a psp emulator and the game files of felghana for this to play and the gameplay is entirely the same.

I hope I'm not too late. No don't start origin! You can start YS 8 as an entry and pick anything you want except 1 & 2 because they're direct sequel When you finish YS 2 I recommended start Origin right away so you'll have a moment like "Ohhh that's how it is, OMG it's him/her!, so that's why this happened because of..."
