I hate that i forget about these guys sometimes... Truly pioneers of folk metal. It used to be way more niche than it is today, but falconer never gets mentioned like amon amarth and tyr do. Falconer, fejd ans garmarna all kinds fall into that category. Sorely underrated, but truly innovative. What i really love about these guys tho, is how relevant their lyrics are even to this day. Timeless poetry, sung with immense talent. Mathias is a legend.

I love the drummer and guitar players, I think they are quite brutal :P but the singer often seems a bit out of context, like he's too relaxed, take the song Northwind and Substitunional World, the drummer goes mad, yet the singer is quite relaxed lol, but I guess that's why I love them xD they're different and so far I love almost all their songs!
