Pillion needs more safety gears than the rider , because the rider sees the front & knows if any untoward incident occurs. Pillion must balance as the rider.

I had a pillion rider for Sach Pass. Two guys on a 192 kg RE Classic 350 and luggage, it was nothing short of a miracle that we came back alive.
