Quite impressed that you used the word shock in point number 6. It is called vasovagal shock and can even lead to circulatory failure ie pumping of blood by the heart. Hypothermia is another problem as you clearly mentioned.

Point 11: please respect the Leh culture and their religious places as you respect ur own religious places. Dress properly, behave nicely with them, do not reveal always go around the monestaries in clock wise direction. They are amazing people.
