I heard the Atlanta Falcons didn't even do a Top 30 visit with Micheal Penix?!?!?!? What in the world was Atlanta thinking? Fontenot is gonna get canned after this season especially if Atlanta doesn't make the playoffs. They met him for 45 minutes at his pro day and talked to him for 15 minutes at the combine.

Penix can be a great player but why sign cousins? Could have had penix on a rookie deal and redeployed that money on defense. What happens if cousins gets hurt and penix balls out? We just have a 45Myr backup?

Listen Michael Penix is an excellent quarterback. This GM and Coach made a great decision. This is a very good pickup for the Falcons. I like this pick. The Falcon got the best overall quarterback in the 2024 draft. No joke. Penix has pin point accuracy with the right touch on all of the throws. If the Falcons get a good offensive line Penix is something special. Sitting him behind Cousins is not a bad idea at all. Your GM has his head on tight. Good pick for the Falcons.

These past few years no one can stereotype the Vikings as having bad drafts. We have stole Jettas from the Eagles. We have free cap space from giving yall an old head QB. We were predicted to even move up in the draft and we still got a reliable and good potential QB which the falcons tought they drafted him before us. Than we stole Dallas Turner. It was clear when Atlanta was drafting they were thinking about Minnesota taking him off the board. Terrible draft for y’all think about your team😂
