Great interview. With multiple discounts and offers available on amazon etc i make sure to order the products i need from Nykaa and not just because it’s led by this intelligent and strong woman but also because the brand is absolutely fabulous whether it’s their collection of products, brands or just the customer service support that they provide with a guarantee of quality and genuineness. God speed Falguni.

These interviews of women at work are amazing. I look forward to them eagerly. And Anupama you yourself are an inspiration to me. I have been following you for a long time, and your hard work is reflected in your content. I don't care if you gave befikre 3.5* (sorry had to bring that, but I love you a lot :* ) you are still an inspiration to me (a woman who is trying to build her own brand in the sector of design and retail) . This is a note to myself, and may be someday if I happen to get success and interviewed by you, we can discuss this. Thanks Mam :) Love and regards.

ReehatKitchen hi reehat, as a pure vegetarian, I find it hard to appreciate a non veg dish. No offence to you, just letting you know why I can't subscribe you. And one more thing, never ask people to follow you, don't waste your energy in looking the numbers keep on doing the great work and numbers will follow :) wishing you a very best future :) may you get what you are looking for.

Hi Anupama mam. Can you do an interview of homemaker too, as part of women at work series. Homemakers are looked down upon badly and their work is never truly acknowledged or appreciated. And in today's era of women empowerment, some find it hard to even say that they want to be homemakers ,like that is taboo. But ultimately, you have to do what you enjoy doing the most, let it be anything. Even though it doesn't subscribe to latest idealogies etc. Loved so much how Sridevi his character was portrayed in English Vinglish. Something like that , I am talking about. She does so much, passionately and lovingly takes care of everything about her members. Afterall, it is not easy to be a good homemaker too. Just a suggestion. Sorry if you have made it already, and I couldn't watch it. I'm yet to see them all. Covered only few. Cheers. Big love to you Anupama mam!!

Amrita Oxymoron.. With all due respect to you opinion, I think home makers are overrated. I m a home maker myself and trying to do comeback in the work life. Still I think it's a great job n all. Everything has its own challenges and rewards but for sure, home makers are far less exposed to the stress n strain as compared to working home makers. And unfortunately at least in India we don't have fluid roles and responsibilities at home. So it's still even more stressful, but it's also more validating and liberating. And not to mention gives more disposable or invest money to the family as well....

The problem is a home maker job is like baking , the process needs a lot of hard work, concentration and effort. The efforts are appreciated if the cake tastes good. But it's the process that's important na always .....the results are never in our hands.....one can choose to do anything they want.....want to get appreciated at that theb we have to pursue what everyone is appreciated doing . Chainging society will take a lot of time....untill then ....do your thing.....and Zen....

Homemakers can also utilize their skills for monetization. Start an online masterchef/baking/tailoring/embroidery/handicrafts/freelancing business from home. Ladies, please don't be a dependent sack upon men, coz they will eventually show you your aukaat, that you have nowhere to go, no matter how you are treated in a shitty way. Nobody is telling you to ignore families, but don't be a dependent sack. Monetize your skills, which are required in the homemaking jobs. Earn money from home !!!
