Great to hear! I’ve had ko2s,duratracs, and now Falkens.. so far I’ve only driven on dry and wet roads and falkens are far superior to the others! I’m excited to see how they’ll do in the Michigan winters snow, ice, slush, hard compact snow etc!

My K02s were going bald and still hooking up in the 5-10" of snow. 3 years of thrashing the k02s with burnouts, ripping powerslides and light off-roading, I still haven't had a puncture or leak. I basically drive about 10,300 miles a year. Indestructible. I have some Wildpeaks right now and I'll see how they do. So far, I noticed right away, they're about 5 pounds lighter than the k02 and they feel better on the road. It rained earlier so I'll test that out too. I'm sure the K02 is still better in snow and off-road, since that's what BFG is known for, the wildpeak is still a solid tire. If it blows my mind, then I'd get another set.

I purchased a set of four 35X12.50 20 Wild Peak AT3 for my 2018 F250 King Ranch, based on your previous review and a boat load of research and other reviews. I lost about 1.5 mpg, empty, after putting them on. They are somewhat noisier than the Michelin All Terrain. Further, they weigh 77 lbs per tire compared to about 52 lbs on the stock Michelin. For those purchasing a 35” tire, or larger, AT3, you will feel the difference in tire weight in your steering. If you purchase the tire, make sure you are present when the tires are balanced. If the tire needs more than 1% of the tire weight to balance the tire, you don’t want it. Make them get you another one. Having said all the above, I just returned from a 5000 mile round trip up to the northwest to my ranch, pulling a trailer both ways. I have a little over 7000 miles on the tires and so far, they are wearing great. I’ll run them through the winter and come spring, I’ll take them off and put on a 35X12.50 20 Michelin Defender for summer.

@@harrisonfowler4461 You didn’t mention what type of vehicle you are putting them on. In any event, you might lose some mph but in a stock size it may not be significant. I still have the set I installed two years ago, they have 48K miles on them. I haven’t measured the tread depth in quite awhile, but I would guess I have about 6 - 8/32 of tread depth left. I rotate them religiously - every 5000K when I have it serviced.

Love the videos! I have been watching and studying tires and tire info debating what tires to put onto my super duty. Question for you, did you look at the load index of all of the tires you have ran? I'm discovering E & F are simply the ply rating and max psi. E is 10 and F is 12. The load index is how much weight they hold. For example you may have a D tire with a 125 load index and it will hold more weight then the E rated tire with a 123 load index. Wondering if the General's had a low load index? Thanks for the great videos, love all of the info. Keep it coming!

I've bin looking also. I really like the Falken but I've heard some very bad reviews on them. Im going with toyo open country at3, proven tire, on a 2500 ram diesel, I tow a travel trailer and plow in the winter and some off road in hunting season, but I really like the look of the Falken

Size for size E will always have a higher load index and psi rating. The more air volume a tire holds the higher the load index so a larger D rated tire can have a higher load index than a smaller E rated tire.

Hey,just maybe an idea for the next set of tires,I know you like to try different ones. Cooper discover at3 XLT which are heavy duty, they are a all terrain with a very aggressive side wall. Nice meaty all terrain with the chunky side walls.where for a lot of folks you want aggressive side walls you’ve got to get a mud tire. Haven’t towed with them on my 250 yet. I hear they wear great The other being the Cooper discover S/T MAXX See/hear of a lot of Texas oil rig trucks that use them and tow with them a lot and they say they wear like iron, and have phenomenal grip. Just food for thought. I’m sure those falkens are great I just try to buy products from America/Canada when I can especially if they are a good product.

workplaytv I have the at3 XLT and I think they are great. 60,000 mile warranty I believe snow flake rated, I heard of people getting more out of them. You and I live in polar opposite climates lol I live in Arizona where most of the year it’s 110-120 F but they hold up great. Went with these over the s/t maxx due to not hauling at the moment. I had terra grapplers on my 14’ F250 before these,my wife has family that lives at about 7,000 ft elevation in the mountains of California and they get a lot of snow, from my personal experience I would not run them again unless it was strictly highway and no snow. I lived in Alaska for 4 1/2 years and I’m a otr trucker so I have a bit of snow experience. That’s just my .02 for what it’s worth🤠
