I'm interested in your tyres as I just fitted out a 2020 HiAce my daughter bought 3 months ago. She has moved to Tassie. reckoned going a higher profile tyre to improve ground Clearance. Do they scrub on the inside of mudguards or come too close the front upper control arms? Do they have a tread wear index on the sidewalls?
@windsurfer3 жыл бұрын
Hey Greg, sorry for late reply. That's awesome that you used to windsurf and use Ezzy... you must be cool like me! 😛 The tyres were test fitted by Tempe tyres in Sydney and they gave me the all clear. Make sure you get the 225/75/16 size. I think that's as big as you can go. They don't scrub the mudguards and I don't have any info on upper control arms but they haven't caused me any issues. There's no tread wear index on the side walls, just the main tread itself.
