Hey Amanda, Happy Wednesday. I have to go grocery shopping soon because I haven’t been in a couple of weeks myself. 😅 I respect that some people don’t like to be on camera or in a full video. my oldest son is in 2nd grade then I have my other son at home with me, he's 14 months and i try to "clean" as we go to teach him to pickup toys but it doesn't always happened lol so my cleaning usually happens when he's asleep for the night and my oldest is also getting ready for bed. I'm also 4 months pregnant with my baby GIRL but she's draining my energy so much 😩 I nap when my toddler naps lol

Can you do a video how you lost weight with your twins, how much you lost and how long it took you to lose the weight? I just had a baby via fertility meds and gained 50 pounds and I’m having the most difficult time losing weight. I also have PCOS and really want to have another baby but I need to lose a ton of weight so I don’t have to take insulin again while I’m pregnant.

Hi! I’m going to share some tips in about 2 videos. It can definitely be a challenge postpartum! My biggest tips are to up the protein intake, lower carb/sugar and movement! Walking was a great help to me besides lifting some weights.

New here SAHM of four 15, 12, 5 year old girls and 11 year old boy. Here in GA, a nearby bioplant caught fire, so dealing with the residual smell and smoke from that while doing the normal cooking cleaning laundry and school pickup/drop off for my Kindergartener
