The thing with mums you can plant them instead of throwing them away and they will come back year after year. I do love the ones you bought, very lovely. Your tree could use a few large rocks to keep from blowing over. I have done that, but where I live is very windy, it may not be so in your area. Just a thought. Love the rug. Very bright and festive

You are quite correct. I've had Mums come back for 4 years in containers. Longer when in flowerbeds 😊

Gorgeous! The simplicity of it really works. And I love the colors contrasting with the black & white. Somehow, they just work. Also, you are right about buying real mums is just throwing money away. I was going to buy some real mums, but I just can't see spending $35. I think I will go to Hobby Lobby, or somewhere and see if I can find some faux mums. That way, I can use them every year. Simple elegant relaxing and welcoming. It's beautiful. Love the color of the fall tree! It catches your eye and then you start to wander around to see the awesome welcome pillow on the swing. Just beautiful. TFS
