Mary, what a great makeover! I'm really glad you kept the water feature :-) I have painted all my garden furniture with blackboard paint, very strong and cheap and it dries within minutes. And the black combines great with the greens and the flowers.

Ive been waiting for this portion of your deck to get the "Mary" redo. It is so beautiful and fresh looking with the blue color and all the lush of your plants. I simply love the water feature and creativity of using found items. The bicycle is the perfect finishing touch. I love all the improvements you did to the porch! The deck natural color is a huge improvement. The fresh paint always makes things look fresh and new. As HGTV continues to become more unwatchable, I'm so happy to have found this excellent content online! This is a beautiful space presented in a beautiful video by a beautiful lady. Thank you for not including jiggling and swooping camera tricks, split-second views (short attention span, anyone?), and irksome music competing with your voice over. I was relaxed as I viewed this freshening up of your front porch, and my eyes didn't feel tired and stressed at the end. I'm so thankful for your straightforward, calm and informative manner of presenting your projects. And at the end, I was treated to views of the finished product that were lengthy enough to allow me to take it all in. Such enjoyment! And since my eyes still feel fresh, I'm going to watch more!

I love your white bistro set!! I'd never get tired of it, and I'd never get rid of it that's for sure!! Your decks look amazing after the old finish has been removed! It's such a feeling of instant gratification to see how fast it cleans wood or concrete! Love my pressure sprayer, and I use it every spring on our large cement pad patio, cement steps, and stone walks. What a difference the sprayer makes in quite a short time! You have created a comforting and relaxing oasis that feeds your soul. I'd be afraid putting those railings back up too! Such fun getting to the final placement of everything after all yours and John's hard work! Truly beautiful! 😊 ~~M~~
