Hello, Janie! You made so many gorgeous cards with this sample kit. Your coloring is beautiful, and I think my favorite card is the second one with the pink flowers around the pumpkin. Fall is such a pretty season and it's my favorite. Here's a scripture for you - Psalm 118:24 - "This is the day which the LORD hath made; we will rejoice and be glad in it." Every day is a fresh start with God's mercies new every morning. I hope things are going well with your house and reorganizing your craft space. Thank you so much Kitty! I had fun making those cards....especially the coloring. Thank you for the verse too. I have a CD with that song on it and love it. The house is going slowly but it's ok. I'm learning patience. Tim just found out that his brother needs a liver transplant, so he now has more on his plate to deal with. Please pray they find a donor soon. Tim's other brother and family are planning a visit sometime late December or early January I believe, and they want to stay with me, so Tim will get the bathroom upstairs finished and I guess they will bring air mattresses and sleep upstairs. I'm not sure how I feel about it. I love them all, but with my autism I don't do well with my routines and things being interrupted, and people using things like my dishes and stuff. I know that must sound strange to a "normal" person, but it's very difficult for me. Tim let me know way in advance so I have time to process it. God keeps pushing me out of my comfort zone for some reason. So prayers for that too please. As for my craft room....the paper craft side of my craft room is coming together pretty nicely. Still need to get my craft table in and all of the 8 drawers for it need to be dumped out to get rid of the insulation, and then I need to see what is salvageable. Once that is in and I can get that stuff organized and my Cricut set up, that part of my craft room should be close to complet. However the other part of the craft room......mixed media, home decor, upcycling, etc....that is no where near ready. That means I can't make Christmas things or just do something other than making cards. I hope that I can get that together soon, because I get bored just doing one thing and need a break. I have missed crafting so much over the past year and am getting tired of making cards. But I am doing my best to deal with things. @@janiethecraftprincess I will pray for you, Janie, as well as for Tim's brother. As for feeling nervous having company stay with you, I can relate, but for a different reason. It makes me uncomfortable because of scents and perfumes, as I am extremely sensitive to scents now, and I get very sick. When Brian's sister, niece and fiance came for a visit this summer, just for a few hours, I was sick for several days afterwards. It is an awkward illness to have and limits my life in ways you wouldn't imagine. It wasn't always this bad but it became worse in the spring and I am trying to adjust to it. I hope all works out with your craftroom and that you can salvage more than you have to discard. If you don't mind, I would like to know Tim's brother's first name for my prayers.
