i'm 4 fish into this video and i can't keep from thinking that's some amazing bait you keep releasing! Try taking a bigger rod with something like a 4/0 hook with you sometime when you're fishing like this. Sometimes there's much bigger fish there and if you throw that golden shiner especially, He WILL hit it!!
@raleighthomas3079 Жыл бұрын
Those big shiners are $5 a pop here in Fla., but guaranteed a nice bass if one is around!

People who find crappie in the summer are super skilled blow bass fishing out of the water! I love it though a lot to learn in the sport that's why it is "second to none" ;)

Early Early summer is crappie fishing time where I’m from. What’s it like for y’all?
@resacarebel1868 Жыл бұрын
Nah it's not real hard to find crappie year round. You just have to know the pattern of the fish and the waterway your fishing. Catch crappie all yr long on the river systems in East Tn
@BobbyBo615 Жыл бұрын
Yes but you have to have a boat from the bank or even in a kayak it can be hard..but I do know all the patterns I've been fishing brush tops all summer and long points on my lake as well but with a paddle kayak in a busy lake what do you do if your few spots close by launch are not hitting? And I think the point I was trying to make is I personally think it is harder than bass fishing and that's just an opinion. Plus there is probably more crappie here in Middle TN at percy priest than anywhere in East TN lol @@resacarebel1868

That spotted/Coosa bass looks a lot like the spotted bass I catch here in Louisiana, in the upland creeks; the local name is "Kentuckys", for the former name of "Kentucky Spotted Bass"....there is some speculation that they might be a potential new species, "Choctaw Bass".

@@CreekFishingAdventures I live on the north shore of Lake Ponchartrain; here, it's pretty flat, swampy, and the rivers are cypress lined. When most people speak of fishing around here, it's in reference to the fantastic inshore saltwater fishery we have - speckled trout and redfish. I used to get into that, but the problem with that sort of fishing is: 1. you need a boat, and 2. It's an all day commitment, gas, ice, etc. I head north of here, where the red clay hills start - the same rivers that are wide and swampy down here are small creeks up there - a different world. I primarily catch the spots, along with longear bream - they're the default upland creek sunfish here. Here's an example of spotted bass action around here - this guy normally fishes the marsh, but when the conditions are right, he'll float the Tangipahoa River for spots...I tend to fish the feeder creeks: kzbin.info/www/bejne/h5-rmoNvnKZ7b68
