We visited Falls Creek Falls a few years ago and were told that the day prior a young girl had leaned too far over a ledge and fell to her death. After walking some of the trails, we understood why this happened. It’s very dangerous as there is no railing (or wasn’t then) to protect you, especially if you lost your footing. Parents should hang on to their children.

Oh, that's so sad 😞 Definitely always have to keep an eye on children walking these trails 👣 We did notice they have some barricades up but as with any place here in the mountains, there are dangerous spots that someone could easily slip down.
