Are you going to keep running through the winter? I've been interested in running in snow but I'm in South Carolina where it rarely snows. The coldest it may get here is -6 Celsius. I usually do more indoor cycling during the winter so I don't lose my progress when I don't feel like dealing with the cold weather. I might be moving a bit further north in the near future so I might have to wait until then for my snow run.

ahh thanks so much for the support and motivation 🫶💗 funny you ask, I do plan to try and run if weather permits i.e. if it's not snowing/hailing 😅 if it's dry, I feel like it should be ok with the appropriate gear. I'll keep ya'll posted 😂 I'm trying to incorporate jumping rope for cardio as well so that will hopefully maintain some cardio endurance too!

I wish I could go on that hike! It looked beautiful-sadly I visited in May. I’m glad you are finding running rewarding! I’m a new runner as well and have discovered how amazing running makes you feel-to know that we are only limited by our mindset! Calgary usually gets first snow at the end of September/first week of October. We are lucky to have great weather this fall. Hopefully this winter isn’t too crazy, I hate the -40, I wish I could live in Florida 😂

Always lovely to see a vlog from the beautiful Celine and yes the temperatures have been decreasing but that's the reality of living in Canada and Scotland. I have got a vlogging kit consisting of a portable LED light Shotgun Microphone 🎤 and power bank charger, camera/phone tripod so the lighting and audio in my videos will improve and I am continuing to develop and improve my video production/editing skills. It’s a great travel destination for hiking! And I use my iPhone so idk how stable the running shots are 😅 I’ve been using the insta360 x4 for hiking shots!

GIRL pausing to comment - I was on a trip from BC to Calgs a couple of weeks ago (I’m here now - hi!! 👋🏼) AND…. on the way in, I FOUND WITCHES BREW AT A RANDOM GAS STATION!! I screamed 😂 I got THREE CANS, I tried one right away - and I have to say, I was undecided at first, but after you try one… you just can’t stop thinking about it 😭 I’m actually driving back to BC today and I’m hoping I can grab some more!
