you should mix the dry and wet ingredients separately and then combine the two bowls at the end! otherwise you can get clumps of spices or baking powder/soda

You really should combine all of the wet ingredients then in a separate bowl combine all the dry ingredients then mix the dry into the wet. It helps everything to be distributed evenly. Yours looks yummy!😋
