I love Sally's Baking Addiction; she is my go-to for dessert recipes. If you haven't tried her caramel apple upside-down cake, I highly recommend it. It pairs perfectly with a coffee. Her pumpkin spice truffles are also super easy and yummy (they are no bake, just melting some chocolate)

Yes, extra cinnamon is a must in recipes! There is never enough. Those apple bars looked delicious. Ah, that's super exciting about the ARC and that the author reacted to your story about it. The pumpkin festival looked so fun. Ok, that snowboarding penguin is adorable! I have yet to get a Jellycat but I have definitely been eyeing them for a while.

@@leah436 oooh even the WINTER? 😂 what types of seasons do you get in NZ?

@@jaimefok I live on the north island so the coldest it gets is around 7 degrees C and it's a little more rainy in the winter. But so many of the trees don't loose their leaves, so it stays green here year round. (for the most part - there are some non-native trees around that do change colours). The south island does get snow, and some of the higher peaks on the north island, but I haven't seen it for years!

The first time you showed us your office and the bookcase I IMMEDIATLY thought yeah that's not enough🤣 you definitely need to think about your personal library because it's only getting bigger😆😆 In my family's house we have big bookcases in every room and still there are books laying around everywhere!

I live in the tropics, so we don't have the typical Fall activities like apple picking, pumpkin patches, etc. My favourite activities are decorating for Halloween, baking Fall desserts, and making annual Fall recipes like Pumpkin Spaghetti (Pinch of Yum) and Cream of Butternut Squash soup.

How did I not know you're obsessed with penguins until this video?! Fellow penguin person here - I used to be a penguin keeper with Kings, Gentoos and Littles and I'm currently working on my Masters thesis on Adélie penguins. I've also been collecting penguin-related plush, trinkets etc for over 20 years so I have... thousands? 😅
