My mom passed away in November of last year and sunflowers were her favorite flower. Now my 94 year old father planted that flower this year and they are so beautiful. He watches them all day. Love this gnome. Brought tears to my eyes. Thank you.

Oh wow, Cynthia, I'm so sorry to hear about your mom. I hope you and your dad get to enjoy those sunflowers, thinking of her. ❤️❤️

I'm sorry for your loss. My husband died November, 2021 also. I plan to make several gnomes for our son using my husband's flannel shirts to create their hats. Maybe something your family's grandkids would appreciate using your Mom's favorite shirts. Happy healing.

I love LOVE all your little guys!! They are so cute. You explain everything so well. I love the boy and girl that are together in a display. I want those little feets. That makes the gnomes. Sorry I say love so much but your projects are so lovable. So stinkin' cute. I think that little guys with a patch hat should be named Bert (the burlap). The other guy should be named Stuart. I'm getting those feet. That's for sharing your talent. Glad your feeling better. Your videos you sounded so much better. Lol.

Hi Sarah! I'm French Girl and I love All your gnomes!! But can you tell me where I can buy all the stuff for making this little cute gnome please? Thank you so much!! Have a good day!
@SarahNenniDaher2 жыл бұрын
If you're in France, do you have a low price store like a Gifi? Any pre-made pumpkin will work for this body, along with any air-dry or polymer clay for the feet. Any fabric for the hat - you can even use a cloth napkin or finds from a thrift / re-sale store. For the fur, I'm not sure - it's probably going to be online (search fausse fourrure on amazon.fr and options will come up).

Love all the gnomes. Always love your videos. But those feet and molds could not be found on etsy
@SarahNenniDaher2 жыл бұрын
No, it seems like she's taken them down. I saw these that are similarly sized, but depending on how big your gnomes are, you might be able to use a smaller mold. www.etsy.com/listing/563672432/baby-silicone-mould-mold-baby-feet-2-by

Hi Sarah, I recently started making gnomes. I have followed many of your videos. I love your little guys. Your work is beautiful. I look forward to many more. I have a big problem. I purchased several sheets of faux fur from Amazon. What I didn't know was alot of the sellers use shrink wrap to package the sheets for shipping. The shrink wrap creases the fur very badly. I have tried using my blow dryer and wetting it with no luck to get the creases out. I really need some help. Do you have any ideas? Thank you! Carla Havard
@SarahNenniDaher2 жыл бұрын
I use a heat gun on a low setting about 12 inches away so the blow dryer will work (maybe a high heat setting?). Over time, it will expand the the faux fur (it's just plastic), so heat is the best option.

@SarahNenniDaher2 жыл бұрын
Mary, sadly I don't think so. If you can make your own from polymer clay, I have a couple of tutorials on that. Otherwise, there are some other molds - be sure to look at the sizing. Depending on your size gnomes, you might want to go with the 2" like these: www.etsy.com/listing/563672432/baby-silicone-mould-mold-baby-feet-2-by
