After you apply the liquid liner you can put the same color eye shadow right on top of it to set the liner or you can use a gel liner, they don't smudge as much.

i would say its a full coverage, its matte, but not powdery. i have combo, rare acne, mostly blackheads. On me, eventually everything gets oily no matter what, esp in t-zone, but some oil blotting tissues do the trick there, and use a good moisturizer underneath! i think it covers scars/acne really well, u might have to dab a bit of concealer on spots depending on the darkness of em. i think its worth a try, try to find a shade the same color of your neck/forehead, if u tan.

I guess this question is for anyone. My eyeliner always seems to make a line on my eyelid. No right away, I'll notice it later in the day when there is a black line in the middle of my eyeshadow. I even prime with urban decay eyeshadow primer. I'm currently using the maybelline precise liquid eye pen.
