Looks like a cozy home. Like the blue plates on the wall but suggest adding more. Think a odd number would look better. Maybe as you find other plates or something else to add. Just a suggestion

Your home is so lovely and warm and inviting. You have found some real treasures at Goodwill and I cannot even believe someone would throw away that lamp. I would have grabbed it, too. What a find!! I have a lot of sweet alyssum in my garden, too, but I never thought to bring it inside to put in a vase. It looks like baby's breath, so pretty.

Thanks for sharing your progress in your home! I really enjoyed as it seems so much more realistic then most. We moved in April and while we have done a lot, there is still a lot to do! We took on 20 acres which meant I spent very little time indoors this summer and so there are so many projects I'd still like to do.
