Fall is closer than you think!

Get fit now so you can have an enjoyable hunting season! Fitness is more about looking perfect and rock-solid abs. While I wish I had that, I don't. Fitness is about lifestyle. Staying mobile and motivated as we age so we can enjoy life with those we love most. I'm hoping to be hunting well into my 80s, so I work hard now, so I can keep moving then!
