I started tracking my cycle a year ago because I noticed I would only feel motivated 2 weeks out of the month. Then I would feel like crap for the next two weeks. Learning about my menstrual cycle has helped me so much! This needs to be taught in depth for women!! I’m glad you talked about it. I’m currently in my Luteal phase and I’ve been sleeping more, craving a lot of bread & my appetite has gone up. This usually lasts a couple of days. Anywayyy girl you made me crave some Starbucks 🥲

What should I say, I love every vlog and also happy that you upload videos! And also I agree with Claudia on this whole „woman cycle phases“ we have. There were actually some studies on this whole phases in combination with sport and everything. I also watched a documentary about this and it made so much sense! Like it’s important to know this, so you understand what your body is going through. I was amazed I even made my own cycle chart to know where I am at every month and what that means, and what happens in the body. And it also can be really beneficial to fitness, so you don’t push yourself till exhaustion on some days but listen to the body and do some every saving stuff. But give power on other days and get more progress.

I read an article about the comparison of men and women hormonal fluctuation through our lives, and it's honestly so unfair, while our hormones go up and down, men's hormones don't really vary. So PMS is so real, sometimes we just can't function ad it's not our fault.
