I do love Paton's Kroy yarns, once when visiting the in-laws their Michaels had Paton's Kroy for $3 a ball, I bought 10 skeins and have used it all - wish I'd bought more! They are the best gift knits, because the yarn is so durable and washable!

The marker thing is indeed key if you're not used to reading a certain type of knitting. I don't need it for cables anymore, but I REALLY need it for lace.

Love your wips! I'm also a big fan of all the socks you knit, I have been currently obsessed with making them. I'm also working on a few 6-day star blankets and my first doily; it's Halloween themed.

Erica I really enjoy your podcast. Thank you for taking the time to do this. I don't think i can join this KAL as I have 2 test knits on the go and they both end in October but if you and Mariel decide to do a winter one I am there!

I laughed out loud with the "BIG HEAD APPROVED" moment baaahahahaha amazing The November Jacket is coming out soooo beautifully. That shade of Fishermen's Wool is so good too; it's the perfect light neutral~ All your fiber acquisitions are incredible! Handspun yarn?! What a find!

@@ericataylorcreative well, I’m on a cruise to Alaska and Japan at the moment and can only recall that I have a few greys and maybe a few blacks! I’m hoping to find a bit of Quiviet to add to my yarn collection this week.
