It's very hard to keep house, see to the needs of 3 children and home-school. I don't home-school but I do work and try to take care of a home and 3 children. It's really hard!!! You're doing an awesome job Mama!!!

You're doing an awesome job, Mama! Let me tell you, my kids are 10 and 13 and I just recently found what works for me as far as keeping my house in order. But for many years, it looked just like your's. I would stress out and feel so guilty about my house not looking presentable all the time, but it's okay, because I was taking care of my kids and giving them all the love and attention they needed.

@@onimaakter5379 for starters, I make sure that my husband and kids pick up after themselves. My kids have chores (especially the chores I don't like doing, lol) like emptying the dishwasher, taking out the trash, putting away their clean laundry, etc. I try to do a load of laundry every day, that includes drying, folding and putting away. I do a daily tidy up so the house never becomes too messy. Then I clean my down stairs every Monday, and the upstairs every Tuesday.

I use to be like this. And i only have 1 child yet there was always toys & shoes everywhere. The kitchen was always messy & i would wake up so overwhelmed. But now before bed i take 10 minutes to clean up as much as i can. Whatever doesnt get done in 10 minutes I leave it for the next day & it has made such a hige difference. When im cooking i clean as i go & when my daughter is napping i pick up her toys quick & sweep. Now because of thos habits i wake up to a clean home all i have to do is cook & wash during the day & have extra time to play with my child.

I can relate to the kid messes. My 1 year old enjoys destroying everything as well 😂. I get frustrated when my home is destroyed, but I also can’t keep up, so I have a small list of tasks for each day that are “musts” (laundry, dishes, and I make the kids pick up their toys before bed)and the rest I just get done as I can. It’s Definitely made a difference for my sanity.

OMG new subscriber here, absolutely loved this video. I'm a widow of lil over a year and half..my husband passed away suddenly on July 4th last year. This video resonated. Some days I do good to get a room tidied much less picked up. The before of your kitchen is my bedroom. My husband was 6'5, 400lbs..my very own polar bear if you will. I downgraded from a queen to a full mattress and piled on stuff to make up for the lack of his presence. I know in my head I need to clean it off but my heart isn't ready for the open space once I do. Thank you so much for sharing that life can be messy and that it's ok to go to bed with the dishes undone or that load of laundry still in the hamper. I have my good days and my bad days. I try and remember that one thing done a day is still one thing done a day. Again, thanks for an awesome video.

for the couch if you have a steamer it should help revive the foam cause it looks like just sat on to much steam loosens up the foam and helps it bounce back
