Erick is such a good dad and husband. I'm a single mom of a 3 year old. And what Is it about the shower that calms the kiddos down. When my daughter was that age it always calmed her down. I'd bring her into the bathroom and the sound of the water would put her right to sleep.

Bless your husband for being there for you and your kids My bf left to work after 5 days postpartum and I’m left with my newborn and my 3 yo and I don’t know what to do I’ve been running on 3 hours of sleep every night since my bAby was born and I feel my body getting sick

My husband works late as well, I'm expecting my 3rd and im nervous. Lack of sleep is the hardest for me, but i did go through it when i had my 2nd baby, and i managed. I had to choose my battles, i also used melatonin gummies for those hard nights with my oldest, taking naps helped a lot, focusing on establishing one habit at a time, breakfast for dinner helped as well... it will take a month to 2 months until you start getting some sense.
