Fall Night Time Routine | Prep for 5 AM Wake Up

I have gotten so many message about my 5 AM morning routine that I shared earlier this month. A lot of questions came in about what time I go to bed , How I prep for an early morning and what my night time routine looks like.
I wanted to share everything I do the night before to wind down and prep to wake up super early in order to have a healthy and extra productive morning the next day.

One thing I need to add to my night time routine is getting off my phone and putting it in another room before my night is done. I usually charge it on my desk which is away from the bed but I don't put it there until 11pm and then I have a hard time winding down before 12:30a!!

The best time in a park I ever had was at Universal Studios Diagon Alley, an hour before park opens to general public (I stayed at a resort on property). It was pitch dark outside and felt so authentic walking through the secret wall into the Harry Potter park with so few people around. I highly recommend it. Be sure to get the interactive wand, and watch AllEars on KZbin for great tips.

Love your routine videos. I don't know why I find them so relaxing... I do love the idea of not using your phone as you get closer to bed time. That's a great tip. I did not realize until recently that the phone/screens/electronics can jack you up when you're trying to go to sleep.

Honestly my man and I went down to Universal Studios in December 2019. It was absolutely amazing. Wait until you can find their sales. They sell these deals anytime between now and March, and its for buy 2 days get 3 days free! Of any of their passes. So my parents bought themselves each a pass that was good for Universal and Islands of Adventure, and it was only for those two parks, and they could only do one park per day (so they didnt have park hopper). But I STRONGLY recommend buying park hopper, especially if you want to take advantage of the Harry Potter Train Ride between Islands of Adventure and Universal Studios. So we bought into the Park Hopper that also included the water park! But you dont HAVE to do that! Its a nice thing to maybe see once, but maybe just buy a 1 day for the water park separate. But DEFINITELY I recommend buying the Islands of Adventure and the Universal Studios Park Hopper Pass! It is TOTALLY worth it's weight in GOLD! Seriously those two parks and having FIVE DAYS worth of them, was absolutely down-right incredible! And the week of December is a FANTASTIC week to go too! Watch the crowd calendar sites, it will determine when its going to be less than busy. Plan your days accordingly with that calendar. I will tell you the first two weeks of December are not that bad. We went Tuesday December 8th-Saturday December 14th, and even the first 7 days of that month weren't bad at all via. what the crowd calendar said. As soon as we left Florida, the very next week, they said the lines were absolutely crazy and ridiculously long, there are all these sports and their competitions down in Florida and all the sports teams stay in Universal and these sports teams all go to the parks during their off times, etc. So the lines are ridiculously crazy long. So it is definitely looking at the crowd calendars and going during off-peak times, and the holiday festivities in Universal during Early December is absolutely incredible and amazing and I hope at some point we get to go and experience it again!!
