I just got a free smoker from someone who didnt want to mess with cleaning it. I cleaned it up and will be trying this cook first. Good video.

Thank you for this video. You must be reading my mail. I have been looking for something like this seems like forever. I have the same smoker, cutting ribs in half, and use MeatChurch rubs. Until now couldn’t find any video showing your method which is exactly the way I was looking for. Thanks again.

Excellent video with very helpful content. I tried the 3-2-1 in my MES this weekend, for the first time, was not impressed. Definitely saving your video as a reference guide. Thank you! ✌️ 💨 BTW, my best ribs have always been on the Weber Kettle

I actually had the chance to try Kosmo Q spices. They actually become my favorite bbq spices to use. I've used hundreds of spices. They are a little pricier, but well worth it, so what you get.

Yes, they are one of my “go-to’s” for sure along with Meat Church!

Mine has never been cleaned. Had it for 6 years. I just pulled off a couple racks using your method. Fantastic!!!

One of the must frustrating smoking experiences I have had. Your video and the step-by step receipe you link above are not aligned. Different cook times, processes and directions. What a cluster. Eventually the ribs finished and we ate them. Not going to go through the mess and confusion of following this guys recipes again. Kinda bummed beacuse I had high hopes.

Don’t hate the player, hate the game. He is just showing a video. You have to determine which one applies to your liking. If new practice practice practice.

He told me he can't stand you so he purposely made this video to miss lead you a stray so your ribs would come out like garbage we wanted revenge because you sniffed his dogs butt 27 years ago and you never apologized I guess he finally got you

Skill issue. Followed this video twice to no problems.

Sorry there was conflicting info on the website vs what I say in the video. I'll go back and take a look at the recipe on the website to see what the issue was.
