Yummy! This was a helpful reminder that my husband and I need to use our pressure cooker more. When we first got it, we were excited. Now it’s on a shelf in the garage. I’m going to ask him to pull it out. LOL! Thank you for the recipe and reminder. ❤

I only make my ribs in pressure cooker, but I keep it so simple. Kosher salt, onion, ACV, 18 mins. Falls off the bone at that time. Put a bomb bbq on it and broil in oven. I will try this to switch up the flavor! I have no doubts it will be good. Your recipes are my favorite

Try lifting in the middle then pull each way. Starting to remove the membrane on the ends is the hardest way. Love your recipes.

The first review I ever watched for a pressure cooker showed a woman who suffered a 3rd degree burn. I sold mine. Would love to see this recipe converted for oven baked?

If i don't have a pressure cooker would this work in a slow cooker/ i think you call them crock pot?
@charlesparker88053 күн бұрын
It would work in a crockpot... I have both... It just takes longer in a crockpot... But you can put them in and set it on low (like 250) for 8 hours and it'll shut off automatically... You'll still have to put them in the broiler once you get back..

The way I stop my ribs from falling apart at that stage is by leaving the membrane on. With the pressure cooker or steamer precooking method I find it doesn’t end up being too chewy at all

Do exactly what you did but do it the night before but wrap it in plastic wrap and put it in the fridge until the next day... Also try using cola instead of water... Trust me.... I'm a professional chef
