I didn’t paint my fence for about 7 years because my dad was would always say “I think you fence needs painted.” After he passed, every time I’d look at that fence I’d have warm fuzzies thinking of him. So you keep those scratches until you feel differently. 🐶

Girl! I have the same reaction to fall. I live in Florida so we need a reminder of seasons. I’m from Pittsburgh, so I’m used to changes in seasons. It feels like I lose track of time in Florida because not a lot changes. But yes, end of August I start fall decorating!!

Lauren, I love your porch and always your enthusiasm! It’s perfect. One little tip: the pots on either side of the front door. If you will put a “lush” grapevine wreath on top of the pots and then place the mums in them, you will not see the plastic mum pot and that the mums don’t fit entirely all the way down in the pot. Thanks for the tip!! I went back and actually planted them, I just didn't have any potting soil lol! BUT that is a much better idea, that way I can just take the pots out and water them on the steps instead of dragging the planter. Thank you Pat!! Your an angel!
