I use to be more of a Christmas maximalist, but we are selling our place so I had to significantly scale back this year. I focused on natural elements over Santas (think garlands, poinsettias, dried oranges, cinnamon sticks, etc.) It's very minimal but I actually love it. Might do again next year! Bu I love consuming Lauren's content for my maximalist fix. Another great year, Lauren!

I usually decorate with traditional colors. I do like some pink Christmas in my bedroom though. I always go all out. I have a snowman themed room. Gingerbread and peppermint in the kitchen. The living room has a mixture of things like the grinch,nutcrackers, deers, etc. My bedroom is ski lodge themed but i have some spaces for my pink things. I'm trying to finish before Thanksgiving so that I can enjoy everything for a month. I love watching your videos.

You have out done yourself again this year! I love that you start early so you can focus on your family during December. Me too! I change my theme from year to year and now my kiddos make requests. Last year my daughter was a Senior in High School and requested a PINK Christmas! This year my other kiddo wanted a BLACK (and white) Christmas. This will be a first for me more modern and graphic but I love a challenge.

Love a good tablescape. This is so cozy and charming. The plaid chair cushions just make the space Christmas perfection. I too feel there is nothing like the real glow of candlelit. But with the holders you use.... doesn't the wax drip all over the table? I have to search for candlesticks with a little cup type bottom to catch the wax.

I’m a maximalist. I’m not as grand as you and NO Santa Clauses for me, but I decorate every room, including bathrooms, my little radio flyer wagon with a tree in it on the porch, presents on my bike outside. I love my Savior and celebrating Him at Christmas! All of your trees are stunning!! I love the ones on the tables too!

I have an open concept house so my kitchen, dining area and living room are just one big area. Those are the areas I decorate. I don’t do bathrooms or bedrooms. Normally I wait until after Thanksgiving to decorate. But this year Thanksgiving is late so I got all my Christmas decorating done this past weekend.
