Hot with butter is a Connecticut lobster roll, cold with mayo is New England. Good choice.

Hot with butter lobster roll is a CT thing. In other New England states they prefer cold ones.

Hi! Things very so much year to year that I would recommend looking at a foliage prediction map for the year. It gets adjusted for temperature and other weather events. I tend to use the Smokey Mountain version but it’s a quick google search if you want to look at multiple maps!
