I don't know about her workout routine, but I know that she lives a plant-based vegan lifestyle and that tremendously helps with maintaining a slim physique (even without exercise). I learned this from experience. (:

Blouba So oh come on...relax! you misunderstood me completely...It was nothing more than just a wish (or better : some hope) that she has got some exercises for us that help her staying fit and toned ( besides her genetics and healthy nutrition) and shares them with us

I think her healthy body can be attributed to her diet. She eats healthily. I'm sure she eats some junk food, but a healthy diet means you don't need to rely on constant exercise to maintain a healthy body
