Initially I had booked a Hanoi food tour with a professional guide, but then my sister said she’d be a way better guide than anyone else. So I decided to let her show me her favorite foods to eat in Hanoi. Let’s see if I made the right decision cancelling the other tour 😄
00:00 - Intro
01:17 - First dish
03:42 - Second dish
05:12 - Third dish
07:01 - Fourth dish
10:22 - Fifth dish
12:40 - Sixth dish
16:37 - Outro

Hi, I'm Uyen Ninh but please just call me Uyen!
I moved from Vietnam to Germany 3 years ago for studying. I make silly videos about how Germany looks like through the eyes of a Vietnamese - on my way to be your favourite Ausländer! :D

The easiest way is to find the fresh sheets used for making noodles. They sell them in packages in the refrigerator sections in the US> My SIL uses the sheets to make quick banh cuon and it works perfectly. Way easier than dealing with the flour mixture.
