This is personally my favourite round of Refines, all of them get great weapons and about Corrin I can tell you that at +Atk, stats maxed out, +6 buffs on her stats and also S Support makes her be at: 61 Atk, 48 Spd, 48 Def and 35 Res. I can't wait to see her getting even better with a Resplendent version, but for now I tried her on Chrom and Narcian's Abyssal battles and she did 95% of the work alone, I'm so proud of her ^^.

Mine just stomped Seliph's Abyssal with just some healing support. The only enemy she didn't kill was the green Dagger unit that I had to send Marth against because the asshole went from the other side to try and kill my healer.

Also QR doesnt work well with Celica's weapon as you have very little hp to actually utilize it and Celica doesnt have much hp to begin with. You are actually better off going for either a galeforce build which works well with under 100% hp conditions, or full on speed tanking. Close call and NFU are usually much more better for speed tanking.

I'm sooooo pleased with Berkut, what an absolute 180. Very tempted to merge him up now! This batch is overall really cool! I feel it should also be mentioned that Berkut can run another Lull Atk/Def in his B slot to further lower enemy atk and defense and then put QR as his Seal. Might be a tad niche but it gives him even more stats to become an overall juggernaut.

@@guedesbrawl there are so many better ways to get the Guard effect than using it as a B slot. Ruse skills exist and also debuff foes, things like Bracing Stance 3 have Guard, etc. Using up your B slot for just high HP Guard is not worth it imo

I'd also point out that guard is a very strong option for Berkut as well or any skill that simulates that. Nowadays, many units are activating their specials in the first round of combat, which really cuts through berkut's bulk. If you're going with DC, you could put QR in the seal and put guard in B, or put a 3rd tier dual stance skill in A and sustain in B or seal slot but give up countering mages. Overall the refine is really strong for Berkut and while its simplistic, power is still utility.

I can honestly say, Berkut, Sheena, and Corrin have some damn good refines, Fallen Celica's is a bit odd to look at in my personal opinion, but if you can pull it off, all the power to you. This batch of refines is all about the four this time, not favoring one or the other in terms of who has the best, but helping them with better weapons and refines.

Beloved Zofia is such a chaotic weapon, I love it! I don't think we've ever had a weapon like this. Just thinking about the mad HP fluctuations throughout a single battle makes me excited. I wonder what skill would have synergy with such broad HP swings.

Thanks for the Analysis. For Corrin I got the refine but I think she is due a resplendent form so I'll wait before giving her a new build. For Celica I have her at +atk -def. I gave her life and death 3 and that makes her visible def/res 21, but it's really 29. The most important part is the 67,48 offensive stats.

Seems to me like Corrin should be best friends with Annette. Annette can set up the Def/Res debuff with her Ruse skill, while giving Corrin the Atk/Spd field buff and bonus movement. Combine that with a DC/Lull Atk/Spd/Panic Smoke/Flashing Blade setup for Corrin and this should become pretty devastating.

My recommendation for Corrin is sticking to seercull's Shield Pulse build. This weapon makes it even less necessary to run attacking specials, and the massive speed drop ensures a Flashing Blade seal/Infantry Flash support always works. The massive curb stomp my good old FCorrin inflicted on Seliph's Abyssal map should be enough proof of the potential of this new weapon.

I recommend slapping Res Smoke in the C Slot if you don’t have Pulse Smoke or Panic Smoke. Still hard to get, yes, but I run Res Smoke myself, and it works wonders.

For a budget build: you could give F!Celica a Tier 3 Push (Atk/Def from Heath, or Atk/Res from Brady, or Atk/Spd from Hoshidan Elincia in the divine codes) and it would work, giving her +9 to two of her stats for her first engagement. After the first fight, she gets just +8, but it's to all her stats. It'd be a cool way to incentivize keeping F!Celica's HP topped off, giving you more utility to work with! And, if the correct refine effect is accurate, she gets a potential +17 to 2 of her stats if her opponent isn't fully healed, but she is. I wanna try it out, but I don't have F!Celica on my main account, or the divine dew to use T_T

I am SO excited about the corrin refine. She was my first +10, and I am planning to go all out for her when I get all my skills prepared. I plan on using Atk/Spd Solo 4, lull atk/spd 3 (I sadly do not have any units with this yet :'( ) and res smoke (might change this one later) with the new solo spd/res seal. With the debuff and all those skills, she should reach 56 speed (which means 70 speed if the enemy has -7 speed) 60 atk ( which is 67 with the debuff on an enemy and 74 if they have -7 res from the res smoke and she targets that) 50 def (including the -10 atk from weapon and lull) and 36 res with only lull and seal ( with weapon and smoke res debuff she reaches 50 res!!!!). Corrin can become so OP with this new weapon, since the ceiling for her added stats just grew. This does not even include any support from allies, which could give her field buffs. The sky is the limit for her now, and the only people who can bring her down are heroes like Brunnya and Idunn, who can nullify debuffs during combat ( I tested it out to make sure it was the case, since I don't have saizo's star and it would make sense anyways) and level 4 bond skills that can nullify penalties to their respective stats (i.e: Atk/Spd bond 4 nullifies penalties to atk and spd if the skill is active), but I can always work around these shortcomings. TLDR: Corrin can be OP, and few can stop her new power!!!

As generally unreasonable as this sounds, Corrin (being an infantry unit) could run her Reverse Bonus Doubler refine with regular Bonus Doubler in the A-slot on a Buff+Debuff team, and her matchups (though a bit inconsistent at times) would be a landslide in her favor and be kinda fun to set up. I run a Buff+Debuff team with L.Marth, L.Azura, Gunnthra, and Gordin. I also have a pretty Debuff-tastic Soren so I can say from experience that it can work and is fun (not max tier arena material or anything, but still good)

I can say after my own testing that Aversa is easily F!Corrin's new best friend in AR-O. Her global spectrum debuff immediately turns her weapon on, and it goes even further if the enemy is using visible buffs due to the panic effect.

I gave my F!Celica DC and time’s pulse from Lif along with Moonbow. I like her a lot better than lif for sure. I’ve been testing her with Clarisse, Lilith and female Morgan support.

i will steal some of your builds for corrin lol. But i am happy with what she has now, i'll have to make a new team for her, but that happens. her current one was og alm with a enemy phase build, kronia and L!lucina, but now imma gonna do a sudden panic alm, with temari+ tethys, and ruse corrin just not swapping her sturdy impact cause that's still poggers. Lucina will be there mainly for movement and some buffs that tethys will not cover on her kit. With that said, this still will be my priority 4-5 team, since i have some teams that are more fun to use atm, but still pretty gud stuff.

I've had a +10 +5 Sheena for the longest time. I've been running Slaying Axe+ (Res), DC, and Special Fighter with her. I'm glad she got a refine, but now I feel like her optimal build will be Crimson Axe (Eff), DC, and Vengeful Fighter. I just hate that her refine doesn't work great with Special Fighter.

This is a very good batch i’d say: Fallen Celica is a unit now, the fact she can get +8 to all her stats and heal makes her great AR Tank with DC Repel stuff, Berkut’s refine is simple yet effective, lets him stand out from Conrad which is nice, Sheena’s refine is also pretty nice, innate Guard is always appreciated to make her tankier and the Bonus ATK can help her mediocre ATK a lot, Corrin’s refine is boring but it’s still alright, probably the weakest of this batch but it isn’t bad by any means

My F!Celica is running Distant Counter and Vantage. Sometimes she heals out of Vantage range, but that's fine because then she probably has enough bulk to tank a hit anyway. When she's low, she gets to strike first and get some health back. I don't think it's as good as Repel/Close Call, but for a budget build it's pretty solid.

A nice batch of refines. I did give Berkut DC back then, but since I use Camus Marth in Smash I'm waiting on my man, Camus to get his refine for his Gradivus. Hopefully not sharing it with Hardin..😑. Though I'm afraid DC weapons won't be getting refines until next year since they keep skipping the old school Xander and Camus🤔😔. Anyways if nothing else I'll also be awaiting Lyon and Julius' refine. Hopefully they can also add Cornelia since I'm starting to get into 3 Houses😊.

It doesn't matter who initiates. The only thing that matters is whether she or her opponent is below full hp. Basically, she'll always have +8 after her first combat.
