Can’t believe how much this set was printed 😳 Can you imagine Hymn to Tourach being a rare and in a set like Legends that wasn’t overprinted? The card would surely be extremely valuable as it is amazingly powerful.

Not a good set but an amazing storytelling effort. you get a real sense of dread and past glory lost to such chaos. would love a return to sarpadia albeit some things are best left alone I guess.

I'm curious why you never mentioned the multiple art versions of cards in this video? That to me is one of the things that sets this set apart from others. Often 3 different art printings for a single card.

Heroes and Legends MTG Thank you. I'm a history teacher and a football coach in the south Texas area that played magic for not too too long, but the older stuff has always fascinated me. I like to bring that stuff out to more people especially the younger kids just getting into it and how the game has evolved because it is a very interesting thing. yeah, it was a bad overprinted set. Nothing really stood out as being a must have card. Black and Green both had token generator cards that could be fun to play around with.
