Hautologist album is great, this track come closest to what they did before, rest of the album becomes more and more experimental with every track. Definitely worth listening.

Bryan, this is Chris from Agremorta here. Humbled and very grateful for the time you spent on your analysis of our track. You are very generous with the time and quality of your content on this channel on such a consistent basis. After watching these reviews I went on a bit of a binge of your reviews and found the absolute wholesome treasure that is folk artist Michael Jensen. We appreciate your kind words for Adrocitas. We were indeed looking at a February release for the EP but it may come in March with the hiccup of a hard drive that happened recently. XD I personally appreciate your observations on the interlude. I really enjoyed putting together the 3-4 different vocal rhythm layers that build throughout the section, but sometimes I think we artists can be a bit too satisfied with our own work and your reaction will go with me as we consider continuing this project further! Maybe some more harmony interplay along with those kinds of rhythmic layers would do the trick. If you happen to go back for another listen and whatever was missing for you comes to mind, totally let us know! Anyway...so encouraging to hear you are looking forward to the EP as a whole! You clearly picked up on the close ties between the lyrical narrative and the instrumentalization on Adrocitas and I would really love to hear your thoughts on the story arc as a whole when it's all available. Already liked your content but I appreciate it in a new way now. Keep up the awesome work!

I'm glad I picked up on so many details that y'all put into the track. It's a strong debut and I see you going far if this is where you're starting. I gave the song two more listens as well as revisited what I said in the video and I can't quite figure out what I was talking about regarding the bridge. My best guess is that I wasn't prepared for the shift from driving energy to a slow burn and that it was the extended build up that threw me off. But on subsequent listens there's so much going on with each added layer that I can't imagine adding more and the section is paced well enough that I can't see anything to gain from attempted to shorten it. Regarding the EP, be sure to email me when it's out. Not only do I want to hear it on release week but I'll share it on the community Discord server as well.

If I may suggest a song, I strongly recommend "Hollow" from "Hauntologist." It's totally different with chill drums and "classical" singing, rather than black metal growls. I'm not sure it's even black metal at that point. Very refreshing; the entire album is much different from this promo song, "Ozymandian," which, by the way, is also excellent!

Yes, Hollow or Gardermoen off the album would be more up his alley than Ozymandian. Both of those tracks are far more into the post-rock territory, and quite good.

Hey there, I was wondering when you were going to make a video about a band I requested on patreon named "Vous Autres" with the song "Onde"?
