Real ones know abt journaling! 🗣️ lol but fr been doing it on and off since I was in fifth grade heh. But it has gotten me thru some of my toughest spots in life. Like rn for instance. I journal everyday rn, usually multiple entries a day 😅 but I’m in a real rough spot atm.. I’m clearly biased but I def recommend all to journal those thoughts ❤

Loved that you recognize that you fill your personal battery (are energized) by being around people. You don't need them all the time, and are great on your own, but sometimes our batteries are drained and we need to be around people.
