Hello Erica! You are amazing! My hair stylist and I were just talking about this today. Then the whole salon spoke up, it was a great community chat for 3hrs. I doubt we ever have it all together, we just persevere. Keep moving forward. Yes, chronic pain is real and hard. You are a 10 in my book dont let anyone tell you different! ❤

Your videos are so helpful to me, have never been consistent with my morning routine since I was working, when I had to get out the door regularly….some days I shower first but then don’t do a facial routine…..some days it’s just coffee first, haven’t done any devotional they sound so peaceful, will try to adopt them….someday days I don’t get showered till my day is almost over…somedays are very productive, but mostly I’m an “ all or nothing at all “ type…..I think I need to be more consistent, thanks for the encouragement 💕

I am so all proud nothing as well- it’s part of why I am trying to work on this/ I too don’t get this done daily- but I’m working towards it. Thank you for stopping to comment and share. It really means a lot to me.

Awww you are so so sweet. It breaks my heart to see you be so real about your struggles 💔 I have severe RA and totally under what you mean about pain days. It’s one of the things I really hate about chronic illness. I feel like I have lost lots of friends because I have to cancel plans last minute sometimes. It can become very isolating and then for me that almost lead to social anxiety where I didn’t even want to leave the house. Glad you are able to push through and you are absolutely enough even on your toughest days!

I feel EXACTLY this same way. I think us chronic illness: pain warriors have very similar struggles- yet we feel so isolated. Thanks for sharing with me and for your sweet encouragement. It means so so very much to me. 🤗

I know this is a late post, but life gets hectic & I'm playing KZbin catch up! I love these keeping it real videos! I'm so glad you're getting back on track & feeling better. Self hate is real & I'm glad you talk about this because not enough people do nor do they realize how amazing they are. I'm guilty of this. I had WLS back in Feb & I failed my body & went completely vitamin deficient & was hospitalized (I lost my sight & couldn't walk on my own). It was bad & I'm finally taking care of my body! But, I'd love to see a video of your protein shakes! Take care of yourself!

I am so sorry to hear you suffered so much. WLS can definitely have hard side effects. I definitely shared protien shakes in my post op vSG series. Go look at that playlist around my surgery

Thank you for pushing through and sharing this. I hope you know that you are a huge inspiration to SO MANY of us! When we see you pushing through, it encourages us to do the same. When we see you struggling, we relate and are able to give back some of the encouragement that you have given us. One of the many reasons I love watching you is your realness. Thank you for that! I used to feel so guilty when I needed a day of rest for mental health issues. So guilty I didn't give my body and mind the rest it needed. You taught me that it is OKAY to rest body and mind without guilt. Self care is super important and you have helped me to incorporate that into my life without guilt. I just wanted to let you know that you are enough...you are an inspiration...you are strong...you have helped me (and many others) so much...and you are appreciated. big hug girl!!!

Hi Erika! I love watching you on KZbin and following on Instagram. I had VSG Two years ago. I can relate to the medication… Lifelong vitamins. I found this on Amazon and they are so helpful. I have two of them so I can do two weeks at a time ahead of time.
