For those of you that have asked:
My favourite pole for home use is 45mm stainless steel, with static & spinning modes. Your climate and skin type may affect what pole surface works best for you though, so try different finishes at local pole schools before buying if you can.
My favourite grip aid is Dry Hands, which grips without compromising the fluidity of slides and static pole spins, and doesn't leave skin feeling too chalky (eww). Avoid using grip aids frequently during training for maximum benefit when showtime comes :)
My diet: mostly paleo, since 2012.

I liked that the movements were not inherently or overly sexual, this was a very beautiful piece in my eyes. I loved the flow, the music was fit very well with your different pieces and I loved, most, your obvious dedication to making this piece art. Too often I look at other works of pole dancing and -I understand it takes A LOT of skill to do the moves and such -it's overly sexual. Some I come across have dancing off the pole, and yes, that can be very beautiful, but when it's just to bounce your rear around and jiggle your chest, it's not as appealing artistically. I really loved this though, it was gorgeous. Keep up the amazing work :)

bugsy monroe I will have to look those up. I really do enjoy the style you have created. I never did really enjoy the common strip club dancing as seen in the States. Karo= Karo Swen by the way. Wasn't going to post that on your channel, didn't want to appear to spam. You should look her youtube up and see the comparisons in your work. The Classical Training shows in both. That might be what I'm picking up on. Timing as well as the choreography.

+Rob S thanks rob, though i wouldn't say i was "classically trained" in the traditional sense (childhood ballet classes, aside), and i don't think karo will mind my saying that i don't think she was, either! but we're both working on it :) first stop for classical: elena gibson. i actually love all forms of pole art and athleticism, exotic/strip style included. whether that's your cup of tea or not, we certainly have those girls to thank for the popular pole scene existing in the wild, wonderful and pioneering way it does today...

Very well said Miss Monroe. I'm not one to judge any dancer. I do not fixate on it at all., I've really only watched You, Karo and a couple others video's who's names escape me. I avoid the clubs as I can't handle drunk people, not my scene. I'm really hoping the rumors of this turning into an Olympic event are true. That would be nice to see. I would say though your Childhood Ballet lessons carry over into your work. Not sure of another word for it other than Structure, or discipline, It shows. Much like the way you can tell if a Musician studied their whole life rather than starting at age 18. That set of fundamentals always shines through. Particularly when learned at a young age.
