Been to Carbone twice at ZZ's. Very good, not special. The place is really nice and a cool vibe. Very expensive so it was great to be a guest.

Meh. Basic. Nothing special about it. I love that actual Italians show us how to make sauces. Like on Italia here ok KZbin. This guy only cares about profit and getting money for his “recipes”. So keeping them a “secret” prevents home cook sauces, more in restaurants businesses. For me i prefer my own home cook sauces. He wouldn’t be where he is today if it wasn’t for his mother teaching him.
