I *literally* had difficulty remembering how the original song sounds after Chance sang the first two lines … and I really don’t care because this is just *so* damned good!!! I would buy this version without even hearing the whole song, and since I’m (for the most part … with a handful of exceptions) not that into rap despite being able to recognize most of the big hits, that’s *truly* heavy praise from me for both this song and Chance the Rapper himself … But if Chance ever decides to release a country album, I’m there - and this song needs to be its first single!!! 🥰🥰🥰
