But we have become a generation where everybody interacts behind screens and when they get to talk face to face they are socially awkward. I have adhd and drew reminds me of me and my personality sometimes. I think she has adhd too, it would make the most sense and explain some of her decision making especially when she was younger. The adhd plus the trauma she went through the the ptsd she probably has. And the fact that now she is older she’s starting to learn about herself even more. Very much reminds me of me and my struggle with adhd/ptsd combo and learning about myself as an older adult.

I met Drew Barrymore 40 years ago in May 1982 at the E.T. The Extra-Terrestrial premier in Hollywood, California at the Mann/Grumman Chinese Theatre. I sat next to her during the movie. We both get bitched at for laughing and goofing off and being silly during the movie. I actually got the tickets from a trivia contest on KRTH 101.1 FM RADIO in Los Angeles, California. As I recall, it was a baseball related question that I answered correctly. My dad dialed and told me the answer....after I'd won, I was asked if I had help....I denied it.....Dad had already won a bunch of stuff, so he was not eligible to win, however, I was....and I did! Drew and I are very close in age, and I think her birthday is the day before mine.....July 2nd, 1977......but I think she is a year older than I.....anywho..... Just figured I'd share the story. Hey Drew, wanna hang out again? It's been 40 years.......it's almost May..... 😁

I'm proud of Drew and yes I dont personally know her. This 28 year old in the park thing has happened to me not once but twice. One of these young men is almost a family member.
