Fallout 3 and Fallout New Vegas Crash fix

Both my Fallout New Vegas and 3 have been crashing after I load my save or start a new game. After looking through the internet I found a solution on a steam community. All credit goes to Death Approaches on steam I'm just trying to spread the word.
