+UnitedGames Just go on the pridwen or checkpoint echo and find someone with it on and kill them silently with a suppressed weapon. I got the bomber jacket from doing that on the pridwen, just make sure to quicksave beforehand so you don't mess up.

+James post man is common in suitcases but if you go to Cambridge police station, travel east for a few seconds and they'll be a small alley way with a random enemy and a load of dead settlers, gunners, raiders and a dead currier wearing it (it will be dirty so if you want a clean version best looking in suitcases or a DIA cache)

Plus the RR are based on people who freed slaves, the MM are based on, well the MM and the BoS have a uniform and are kind of the British. So the game has massive ties to the British and American war rather than your Civil War.
