For me it's the eyes. I can get them to change shape by modifying the face, but not the color.

In addition to the 512 hair colors mod they reccomend, you need the nanoko anime fix for it. When you view this mod in nexusmods, look at the files and look for the hair colors file to apply ontop of the 512 haircolors mod
