Fallout 4 - Fallout 3 GOAT Test Easter Egg (SAFE Test)

This is NOT a Fallout 3 Easter Egg. This is a Blade Runner easter egg, referencing the psychological test in that story and how it was used to identify Replicants. Fallout 3's G.O.A.T. test was just a more immersive way of handling how many classic cRPGs deal with character creation; that is, they ask you a series of questions, and based on how you answer, suggest a character class/build for you.

Yeah but it's the same as the goat test. Therefore it's more of a fallout 3 Easter egg than a blade runner one.

so i never got to take this test because when i got here, everyone was welcoming of me and the doors were open. Even people said congrats on passing the test. Even though i've never been here. what gives?
