Word of advice from a person who has over 10,000 hours in Fallout if you do do this and you do plan on playing for an extended period of time keep a small list of sets you have if you're a collector such as myself because doing stuff like this will eventually crash your game and you will not be able to load into your main base I had to delete one of my saved that I had almost 10K hours on because I just wouldn't load anymore cuz I was just too much s*** so there is a slap precaution you have to bring with this

@mephiskaphelesfrog3111 I have to say I've not had that issue. But that said out of habit I tend to empty my inventory everytime I visit my homepage so I never really end up with too many things. I also do that out of habit so that I don't have to deal with having to find an item and looks through potentially lots of items ever time I open my inventory.

You should have multiple save files for every character in any Bethesda game. You at the very least need to make a new save file every time you level up. At higher levels that would still mean a lot of time wasted. Make your own intervals as needed. In life make back up copies of anything you deem important.

Nice. I can see setting up various armor combos and displaying them using the armor mannequins. Depending then on the type of mission you're planning you can have various armor sets preconfigured and ready for use when necessary.

Absolutely. I do the same thing but I carry my kit with me and name them appropriately. Just like having multiple weapons for multiple situations I have armor sets for multiple situations.

I use my companion to carry everything I don’t need. By point-and-click onto them and then move the pointer towards a container (or loot in the game world), you can effectively carry everything you find. I basically minimize the number of slots filled by breaking items into their basic components, and use my companion to carry everything.

Sounds like a great idea, I actually covered just that myself a few weeks ago. The only downside to that is you need to have a companion with you which may not always be the case. But a solid option for sure.

Almost 2000 hours and I didn't know about the strong back perk neutralizing the damage from survival mode. This is a great tip for melee characters!

@cartermariano I think so too, it's worth getting the ranks for sure. There was this none time I was under fire and decided to loot an NPC near by. I found myself overemcumbered. While not being able to run and trying to manage inventory, in the mist of this got deleted in battle.

You can get even higher endurance and Agility by increasing them to 10 before you pick up the bobble heads

Although true, you can't always fast travel. For instance you may be stuck inside a location from where fast travel is not allowed.

Thanks for your comment. It wouldn't be fair for me to say I found it, a fair few folks did and I happen to be someone who also stumbled across it. It's a great setup for sure but far from me being to first to find it. That said, it's a great mini build that you can plug and play.

With this build if you add 2 pieces of Powered Legendary arm pieces you can make it so that your AP almost doesn't drop at at all and can effectively run forever even while over encumbered.

I just put items in containers and tell my companion (human or robot, not Dogmeat) to "Go get that", "Pick that up", over, and over, and over until the container is empty. Their inventory must be holding 100,000+ weight in it! My inventory is tidy, and if I need something for trade, or to build a robot workbench and new Automotron at a newly opened workshop/location to instantly link it to my other settlements, I just grab the required items from them! I did the same on my last completion on PS4, and working fine on PS5

That certainly works and I've actually covered that recently. This method provides the option to do that too but without having a companion by your side. For instance some folks do like playing without companions. This can also be plug and play, use it when you need it sort of thing.

It's possible to increase the sustainability of this further (although at a higher perk point cost) by dumping points in Luck and getting the Grim Reaper perk. This will unlock the possibility to refill your AP's by killing an enemy if one is present, rather than stopping and waiting. Preferably you'd want high amounts of Perception as well (the perk that increases hit chance in VATS for each consecutive shot) and a weapon with low AP cost related to damage (i.e. Explosive 10mm pistol). For the truly minmaxing nerds; full set of Unyielding armor slaps in this regard as well. Cheers!

That's actually not a bad idea at all. Alternatively if you can get your Endurance high enough (which is what zmI cover in the run forever exploit) you will virtually ever run out of AP points.

Interesting approach. I found a three powered legendary armor items so far in my Fallout London Playthrough. I don't have enough perk points to do the strategy in your video.Instead I have been using fortified legendary armor pieces with the deep pcketed mod.

Good sir i am taking this moment out of my day to thank you. In the last month i have learned from your videos so many things. Like how to stack legendary armory, i have 3 chests giving me a 150%bonus to my chem use with the biochem armor mod. You showed he how to create infinite ammo with harpoon! Boost stats with food and radaway! Because of a conversation i had on your channel i was able to create God tier weapons beyond a railway flamer in terms of style and use. Imagine if you will the power of a two shot western revolver thats had a stock from a gauss rifle slapped onto it with a plasma splitter. Its a gun that works with the gunslinger perk, rifleman perk and sniper perk if you have the scope on it. You may be trapped in fallout, but i seriously live there. Youve changed my life Mo. Thank you so much!

there is only 1 issue with long sprinting, only have 2 sprinters gear pieces on at once, there is 2 hats (one in nuka world and one in far harbor) plus a marine right arm. so you can have 40% greater movement speed but i found on both playstation and xbox you will run faster then the game can load when having 21 endurance. 21 endurance done through youre special book duplication or with chems, food and clothes. so i suggest with this only 2 sprinters gear at a time.

Prett6 sure you Do this one survival and youll just break your legs constantly. Playing frost has taught me let go you dont need all that extra stuff 2 guns maybe 3, 200 rounds of ammo each max. Take meds and ammo to trade.

You have to watch going to a vendor with to much in your inventory aswell, either very laggy or a crash will happen especially with around 10,000 items. That's on xbox and ps4 anyway

Farming some "powered" legendary pieces for your arms might be enough to eliminate all AP drain, or perhaps some END or AGI clothing? I seem to remember a vid years ago where someone had no AP drain but I don't recall their exact method.

I actually covered something very similar, not though legendary times but mostly through high Endurance on my infinite run guide. You basically almost never run out of AP points while running.

I haven't watched the run forever video yet, so forgive me if it's already been addressed, but I had a theory about this subject: being able to run while over encumbered. I noticed towards end game builds, when I've gone heavy in endurance that once over a certain requirement sprinting no longer costs AP.(I think it's 20 points of endurance?) Anyway, what if you were to get rank 3 of strong back, and have your Endurance stat high enough that sprinting did not drain AP? Would that work? Nice video. Keep up the good work. 👍

@@Remdog-520 Yeapt ahsy exactly it, albeit the number is around 21. And that's how I achieved infinite run in FO4. It's not a glitch, just a compound in Endurance.

@SimonMinall-Burdett I think so. I've been using this for a while now Survival mode and have not had any issues. The only thing is would add is that you don't use this as a permanent solution but instead use this to carry things that you can't anymore and store them somewhere.

@davidk6269 Great question. Sadly I don't own the consoles so I can't confirm (so will leave it to folks who have consoles to help out). That said, as a rule of thumb, I would not carry more than around 5k at the most. Just it make it easier to manage your inventory.

Glitch and exploits can be interchangeable term. In this case it's neither given that there are no tricks here as such. It's a case of combing some perks and some kit to get this result.
