Sunshine tidings co-op has a pretty awesome mod that came out on the XB1 not long ago. It completely changes the settlement and was very well done. You could do an entire video on that mod alone. Can't remember the name of the mod I'd have to boot up my Xbox to see. I was very impressed.

I think pre-war prep mod is a must have for all. It makes sense to me that Nate & Nora would have something like that ready. I don't use the armor and weapons and that came with it however, (except the Field outfit with out using anything else since it is similar in stats than other full outfits the game comes with) that seemed a bit like crossing the line of being too overpowered. How does a soldier, even one whos been apart of special ops, get to bring home advanced armor and experimental prototype weapons? I am not familiar with how the military operates but that bit I think is too much.

Something I never understood about Diamond City; if it has been established a good while before the massacre that happened 60 years before the game, why hasn't the debree and refuse been cleared? Multiple generations of people and nobody thinks to grab a broom for a few minutes? Like I honestly would expect cleaner walls and structures built in a more stable way then just a hodgepodge of broken panels and junk.
